GCV ADB: 5500, 5800, 6300 kcal/kg
Specifications: As per Seller's Typical Specs or Buyer's Preferred Specs close to Seller's
Min Order: 40.000mt Spot/Annual Base Contract
Net Price FOB
Payment: LC 100% at Sight from Buyer, and a 2% PB from Seller

Anchorage Point: Teluk Jawa
Inspection: CCIC or SGS
Mine Site Inspection: To be arranged after draft of Contract/SPA is approved and shall be born by Buyer

Buyer shall issue LC first before Seller's PB.
